You will have two jobs here, one as discussion leader and one as a discussion participant.
As a discussion leader, it will be your task to post the AP notecard you created for your book and/or your critical article, if applicable. (If your critical article comes from a photocopied source, I will be more than happy to make copies for you). Your AP notecard should be posted no later than the MONDAY before your flashback. Click on the link to your page, cut and paste or up;oad documents. Use the help tool to show you the way. Worst case scenario, e-mail it yourself anfd I will show you how to do it in class on Monday.
As a participant, your task is to read the materials posted in preparation for the Friday Flashback. Your classmates' presentations will be enhanced by your active discussion, so prepare questions, think of topics of interest, etc. (If you need to print out the materials to bring with you, please do so; if not, please write down a few areas of interest mentioned in the material. This process shows me you took the time to read the material).
If you cannot sustain a conversation with the discussion leader, you as a class will instead be quizzed.
